Arberlour 12-year-old Double Cask
Colour: Rich Golden Amber
Nose: Rich, dry scented floral and sweet raisin aromas with spicy nuttiness
Taste: Smooth, full, sweet floral and spicy flavours with a soft plum fruitiness and gentle oakiness.
Finish: Long, warm spicy fruitiness.

The Balvenie 12-year-old Doublewood
Color: Medium gold or amber.
Nose: The sherry comes through due to the second cask.
Body: Full.
Palate: Mellow, rich and smooth. An interesting complexity that will make you pay attention to detail as you taste this very unique malt.
Finish: Warming. Long-lasting, with the complexity still getting one's attention. The sherry is evident, with a most interesting fullness.

The Balvenie 15-year-old Single Barrel
Nose: A malty, intense and slightly hard nose. Water tones it down showing sweet fruit, malt and bracken.
Palate: Totally different to the nose. Luscious and mellow with honey, chestnut, honeysuckle and cream. Builds beautifully.
Finish: Sugared almond.

Glenlivet 12-year-old
Color: Light or pale gold.
Nose: Aromatic, with flowers. Clean and simple, with some maltiness. Sherry notes, some spice and vanilla.
Body: Medium, smooth and firm.
Palate: Subtle peatiness. Delicate. Slightly sweet and fruity, with vanilla notes. Clean and well-balanced.
Finish: Long, but mild and warming. A trace of peat at the end.

Color: Dark amber.
Nose: Full. Some peat, floral notes, sherry, honey and fruit.
Body: Firm. Quite smooth.
Palate: Full, round, floral. Some sweetness and quite rich.
Finish: Rich. Drying, with spice and smoke.

Lagavulin 16-year-old Islay Malt
A much sought-after single malt with the massive peat-smoke that's typical of southern Islay - but also offering a dryness that turns it into a truly interesting shot.

Color: Deep, rich gold
Nose: Mildly smokey, toasty and pleasantly sweet, like new hay
Body: Full bodied, suave
Palate: Zesty oak & warm peat smoke top notes, w/ sweet undertones reminiscent of fresh nutmeg & toasted almonds. Faintly salty
Finish: Prolonged resonance, mellow and utterly distinctive
